Analysis shows i paid underpayment penalty but i don't see where or how much it was

was it for federal, ny or nj taxes? I remember it showing that but then it went away later when i upgraded and put more info in i thought.

To locate your underpayment penalty in your federal return type "underpayment penalty" in the search box in the upper right hand corner then click the "Jump to underpayment penalty" link. Then you will be able to review your federal underpayment penalty. (see attached screenshot)

there is no screenshot attached anywhere, jump to link doesn't come anywhere after typing that in the search box, when i click my account, there is no tools option.
