Another year, another nightmare with the app itself
Like last year I am having nothing but problems with this app. Last year the state would not download for over a month until it was finally fixed. 2020 version wont even launch.
I downloaded the 2020 Deluxe version with one free state from Amazon. Installed fine, but nothing happens when I try to launch. Yes I am on an administrator account. Yes I tried to uninstall/reinstall/redownload and install multiple times. Read the amazon reviews, I am not the only one with this issue.
I'm running Windows 10 Home edition version 2004.
