any commitment or loyalty discounts from turbo tax ive been customer paying regular price for almost 20 yrs of premium service which i dont even need.

Sorry, there are no "loyalty discounts".   The early tax season discounts ended on March 1.   Fees increased again on April 1, so they are at their highest in these last days leading to the deadline.  

 

Have you checked to see if you are eligible for any affiliate discounts?
