Question

Anybody knows how to get TB tax 2021 updates.? When I try to e-file my returns it says the softwar needs to be updated. Tried updating, but did not work

Assuming your Internet connection is good at your home, try rebooting your system.

If that doesn't work, try again in 30 min. I just wrapped up my taxes for the year and I experienced a momentary glitch within the software. I am guessing alot of people are using TB the day before the deadline.

At the top left menu bar, go to ONLINE, then CHECK FOR UPDATES. Click OK to save return. For me, I did this numerous times during filing my returns, and each time the software HIDES itself behind other windows I have open. Basically, you have to go find Turbotax. As someone else said, you can reboot, and launch Turbotax again as well.... Good luck!
