Anyone else have trouble getting a hold of cross river bank. And why am I the one having to call. Turbo tax provided the service and used their bank.

I didn't request this bank. They used an account number from my old credit karma account so I had to get a paper check. 2nd year in a row after they promised it would no longer show up with that account number. Anyway looking for a phone number that works

I've already done that but can't be provided any additional details wether the check was reissued or not. So the question is did the funds just get sent back to the IRS or did they actually cut a new check. No one actually knows and can't tell me anything. Since cross rivers is a mystery bank.
