Anyone having problems with the donations section of deductions not working. It will not let me enter anything. Every time I enter money, the amount goes back to zero.

If your entry of donations is not entering or saving correctly, it is recommended that you try and log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies.

On rare occasions, "cookies" may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser. For more information on how to delete your cookies on the browser you are using, please see How do I delete cookies?.

Once complete, please try to reenter the contribution information. You can complete the following steps to quickly get back to the input area:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. In the search box, search for donations and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
3. Answer No when asked if you have an ItsDeductible account (even if the answer is yes).
4. Answer Yes to Do you want to enter your donations for 2020?
5. Follow the instructions to enter your donations.
