Anyone know why we have to wait until March 3 for the adoption credit form (8839)? It's on the IRS site and it's available for e-file with H

I finished my taxes on TurboTax last month and it told me I had to wait until Feb 3 for the adoption, which is normal. But then that Feb 3 date changed to Feb 7, then Feb 17 and March 3. I checked and H

The IRS must approve TT's version (programing) of the form before it can be released.
