The customer support lines are very busy.  This is the user forum.  We are not connected to customer support; we cannot put a call though for you.  But we can answer lots of questions if you would like to post yours instead of waiting on hold for a long time--or maybe while you are on hold...

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
