Are a PUA -1099G the same as a 1099-G i reaceived the pandemic unemployment and there is no box 4 , 10 , excetera as they ask to fill in amount ?

They are the same in that they report federally taxable unemployment income. You probably did not have a tax withheld as reported in box 4 on form 1099-G, so you don't need to enter anything there. You would just need to make sure you entered the unemployment compensation in box 1.
