Question

Are any self employment taxes due included in my personal tax return? Or do I need to pay the self employment taxes separately?

If you owe self-employment taxes, they are included on your return with your income tax.  The bottom line refund or balance due on your return has taken the self-employment taxes into account.  They are not paid separately.
