Are Certified Refurbished 3kWh+ Purchased on eBay from Manufacturer Eligible for Tax Credit?

I'm wondering if a certified refurbished 3.6kWh battery purchased through eBay where the seller is the manufacturer would be eligible for the Residential Clean Energy Credit under Section 25D of the Internal Revenue Code.

Here's the link for the eBay listing, EcoFlow Delta Pro.

I'm using this with the Smart Home Panel which powers the house during peak hours if anyone is wondering how I'm using it.

No. Refurbished equipment is not eligible for the Residential Clean Energy credit.

Only new, qualified clean energy property is eligible for the credit.
