Are convivence fees for an e-check deductible when paying rental property taxes?

I am charged a convenience fee for paying my vacation rental property taxes with an electronic check. Are these fees deductible on my Schedule E?

    Yes.  Enter the fees as a miscellaneous expense on the rental.  Title it "Payment fees" or something like that.
