Are fees charged by Etrade for receiving foreign dividends deductible?
Etrade charges a fee each time I receive a dividend on a foreign stock in my account (the company is in the UK).
Is that fee deductible?

No, it may once have been deductible at an investment fee but they aren't allowed in 2024.
