No.  Those don't take effect until 2018.  So for 2018 returns we file in 2019.  I do know the medical deduction did change from 10% of your AGI back down to 7.5% for everyone for 2017.

So the few things do affect 2017 should be in your tax return by the time the forms are finalized and it allows you to file your tax return.

The rest of the tax cuts will eventually be in the 2018 program, for the tax returns you file early in 2019.
