Are we still having problem with listing insurance coverage on Massachusetts Schedule HC will not accept information?

If you had private insurance and did not receive a Form 1099 HC, you should be able to enter information from your insurance company for Massachusetts Schedule HC.  If there is different problem in completing this information, please let us know which screen and if there is an error message, so we can better assist. 
 

There is a place to enter information from your medical insurance card. 

1. In the Massachusetts return on, Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information, click Continue 
2. When you come to the interview question When did you have minimum creditable coverage (MCC)? select  yes if your insurance qualifies. 
3. When you come to the interview question What type of health insurance did you have in 2022?    Select  I had private insurance.
4. It will prompt you for information from your insurance card 
    

The subscriber number should be on your card and the federal ID number should be on their website or available with customer service.
