I'm running Turbo Tax WinPerRelease [phone number removed]. On my Form 1040, Turbo Tax says 7601 (line 24) minus 7562 (line 33) equals 42 (line 37), when the correct answer is 39. See screen shot. There is no way to override the result in line 37. This one needs to be passed on to the development team.
The $3 penalty on line 38 gets added to line 37. The development team got it right.
