As an Uber driver, how detailed do I need to be in itemizing my deductions for supplies?

As a first year uber/lyft driver, i had a lot of expenses in the beginning. I believe i have the right to deduct supplies such as car mats, bluetooth headsets, phone mounts, car vacuum, dash cam, cleaning supplies, booster cable etc., IN ADDITION to the standard mileage deduction.

Assuming this is correct (?), do I have to list each individual item separately , or can I lump many together into broader categories such as "cleaning supplies" and "car accessories" and "phone accessories"? In other words, how detailed do I need to be?

You do not need to list them separately and can enter them as one lump sum.  (As the standard mileage rate includes maintenance such as car washes, I would agree with your list with the possible exception of cleaning supplies.)
