Question

As help shown, there is no TaxTools option at the left hand menu to switch to the Free Tax Edition. I was charged for this year filing but I'm low income.

Contrary to the help, there is no TaxTools option at the left hand menu to switch to the Free Tax Edition. I was charged for this year filing but I'm low income with simple W-2 form and should not be charged.
