Asking about last years forms when its not the same w2?

asking for a different w2 form the previous year that is different than what got sent.

If you transferred 2021 in to 2022 the software will ask if you have a W-2 from an employer that you had one for last year. If you do not, then you say no. And you can delete that W-2. Only enter W-2's for the employer(s) that you received income from in 2022.
