Asking me to upgrade to deluxe for 1099-R

So, I input my W-2 and my 1099-R. I have already been taxed on my early withdrawal of my Thrift Savings Plan. Do I really need to upgrade to Deluxe? Also, it is saying there is an extra tax bill of $916. Is that amount going to come out of my return?

The early withdrawal requires that you upgrade from the Federal Free Edition because your tax return must be filed on Form 1040.  The Federal Free Edition only prepares Forms 1040A and 1040EZ.
