By "line 10", are you referring to the line 10 on form 8889 that states "Qualified HSA funding distributions"?

This does not refer to a 1099-SA distribution, but to a transfer of dollars from an IRA to an HSA. If you had such a transfer (which is allowed only once in a lifetime), then you would not enter it directly on the form, but in the 1099-R interview.

After you enter the 1099-R for the IRA distribution, if you have an HSA, you will be asked if you put some or all of the money into an HSA. Answer "yes", and indicate how much. Note that you won't make this entry in the HSA interview.

If you thought that this line was for distributions from your HSA, it is not. Please remove that number from the form, and make all entries about your HSA in the Step-by-Step interview, not on the forms.
