Being denied a refund!

I have been using this product for probably a decade. I had nothing but issues this last filing season. My card was not to be charged until I filed. I never filed through you and had to go to another company. Now I am being denied a refund!!! You have got to be kidding me! What a bunch of false advertising!

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
