Berated by a Turbotax CSR

I was rudely berated last night by a Turbotax CSR agent on the phone. I called in due to an email indicating my tax return was being held for 48 hours unless I call in to verify my info on my account. I am filing head of household this year due to changes in my filing status. The email states to call immediately which I did. The agent, Teresia, sounded extremely bothered and began to belittle me after every question. I began explaining my situation to her but she kept cutting me off with rude remarks. It sounded like I woke her up from a nap, I was in shock. I asked if the call was being recorded because she needed to be reprimanded for her behavior towards me. Her tone was super unfriendly and abusive. I really hope they screen the call. They will be as shocked as I was. I called back this morning and this agent was patient, upbeat, and friendly. She was able to verify my information and processed my return. Not sure why the lady last night could not do the same. Some people just do not belong in customer service jobs.
