Billing address country dropdown isn't working

Hi, I'm trying to enter my credit card details at the very last process of filing.

But it doesn't let me select the country of my billing address.

The dropdown button to sellect the country is frozen, it doesn't work at all.

Since, it is nessesary info to finish this session, i can't go to next step.

How can I fix it?
