After filling in the tax form with all the required information, paying the fee, I get a blank form.

so do i.. thats all i got were blank forms..no one to speak with after they take your money

Try these resources:

Troubleshooting blank screens, missing buttons or missing images

 

Please check that your device meets system requirements.

 

I also recommend 

  • Clearing your cache and cookies (the link describes the specific steps for different browsers)
    • Sign out of TurboTax
    • In general, hold down Ctrl+Shift+Del. Under the Basic tab, clear data for at least 24 hours, but preferably 7 days
    • Close your browser window
    • Re-open TurboTax, preferably in Chrome

The question was why are all the lines blank when we try to review before filing.

Your answer was not in anyway helpful. We are NOT having trouble printing the forms, we just don't want to have a blank form.

Please address the question as asked.

"WHEN WE REVIEW OUR FORMS OR WHEN WE PRINT THEM OUT, THERE IS NOTHING ON ANY LINE, NOT OUR NAME, NOT OUR SS. NUMBER, NO INCOME, NOTHING AT ALL. THAT IS THE QUESTION. WE KNOW HOW TO RUN OUR PRINTERS"
