bought CD but my PC doesnt have a CD drive, but I figured it out
After spending a huge amount of time researching how to do this, I finally figured it out. I called [phone number removed] and didn't answer any questions and was forwarded to a REAL LIVE PERSON. She was friendly and extremely helpful. It was SO easy. She needed the sku from the package and my email address & user name. She also needed my name and address to create the order. It took 15 minutes. She emailed my the link and stayed on the line to make sure the download and install was successful.
