box 14 of w2

I have no idea what to select in this category box.

I entered the box 14 description and box 14 amount, but no idea what to select for box 14 category.

The descrip is UI/HC/WD and then another one is ... DI. What do i use for categories for these?

It sounds like the W-2 is from New Jersey. If so, the category for UI/HC/WD is "New Jersey UI/WF/SWF tax." for DI it's "New Jersey SDI tax." If you have an FLI entry, it's "New Jersey FLI tax."

If the W-2 is not from New Jersey, tell us what state it's from.

Ok, thanks for that information there, but i need to choose the proper category for each of the 2 rows of info.

Again, I am not sure what to choose. I will need a tax advisor i guess.

i dont see my original question here. There are set selections and none match the codes.

Yes, it is New Jersey.

And thanks for that information! I am used to using a PA w2 and they usually import but this wont import i guess because it is a smaller company and a strange control number. not sure. Anyway, thanks.
