Box 7 of what form?

    We can't see your screen, so we don't know what you're trying to enter. You have to tell us what form you're talking about.


    If you're talking about box 7 on a Form 1099-R, first make sure it's not just a problem with the alignment of the printing. Is there an appropriate code just outside the box? If not, you will have to contact the issuer of the 1099-R to get a corrected form.


    If you're talking about a different form, tell us what form it is.
