Box Q Line 1 error in TurboTax 2024

I get this error that wants me to enter a number. How to I know what to enter or even how to get to that box? I have the downloaded version sold at Costco. I have no idea what this box even refers to. Please help!

Where are you in the program when it asks you this? Is there a particular form involved? We need more information.

Can you switch to Forms Mode and see if there is a red exclamation point by a form in the left column. Click on Forms in the top. That will help narrow it down. Open the form.
