Brokerage/Mutual Funds error message

I've been trying since two days to download brokerage and mutual funds information from the two T. Rowe Price options (Brokerage or Mutual Funds). I've tried many ways, clearing cache, cookies, etc., but get consistently the same message ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key. Any suggestions how I can get this information? This is the first year I'm using the TT download - it always worked flawless with TT CDs. Thank you!

The issue has been resolved and you should be able to proceed now.

If you are using the desktop product, make sure your program is updated.  This can be done by logging into your desktop product.  Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.

Once you have confirmed your program is updated, please see the instructions in this link for guidance on importing your brokerage information.  Make sure you have enabled third-party permissions on the brokerage side.
