bug: TT fails to resume where I left off; always starts with "Your Personal Info Summary" (Home and Business Windows desktop, 2022)

TurboTax Home and Business Windows desktop, 2022, never resumes where I left off after I save, quit, and restart it. It always starts right at the very beginning, with "Your Personal Info Summary.

I save without error before quitting. I believe this was true for TT 2021 (same edition & platform).

Additional info: I go through the Interview, not the forms(!); but I "choose what topics to work on" rather than "walk me through everything". I've been doing my own taxes for decades and using TT for many of those years, including 5 of the last 5.
