It seems there is a bug in CA form 5805. I entered the 4 tax wirhholdings correctly and the total also matches that reported in form 540 line 71 and line 73. However, "State review" keeps flagging error stating that total amount I entered do not equal total withholding of line 3. But in fact, they do equal.
