Calculated Colorado tax refund does not match the refund amunt on efile page?

1) If you made some state check-off donations, the $$ might be that difference. (Form DR 0104CH)

or

2) If you told the software to let CO keep some of your refund against your eventual 2024 taxes...could be that. (not sure if CO does this)

or

3) even with a refund, sometimes there is a penalty involved. (lines 40+41 = Line 42)
