I was a part-year resident in California for 2024 till March.
Since then I moved abroad and permanently left the USA, hence making me a non-resident for the rest of the year.
For 2024, I am to receive a refund on my California State taxes and have the following questions:
Will FTB/California state send me a check for the refund, to my international address?
