Can 2021 taxes file be downloaded from turbo tax website? Rather than transferring it from my old computer with a flashdrive?

If you used online TurboTax to prepare your 2021 return then you can transfer it from your online account.  If you used the CD/download to prepare 2021, then no, because the return is not stored online.  If you used the CD/download for 2021, then the return is stored only on your own hard drive.
