What do you mean by "be filed?"   There is no need to go through TurboTax to pay an estimated tax payment.   You can either mail in the 1040ES with your check or money order yourself--- or you can pay the estimated quarterly payment directly on the IRS web site.  You do not  need to use TT as a middleman for estimated tax payments.

Thanks for your response.  My bad for using the word “file”.

What I meant was, can I use TurboTax to calculate my quarterly. I am a Self-Employed gig driver and have no taxes withheld from my pay. I also withdrew 401(k) funds that are taxable this year. I only had one short, tempered job that actually withheld taxes this year. I wanna be able to calculate how much I might owe in taxes.

You can use 2022 TurboTax to prepare 1040-ES forms for 2023, and you can print those forms if you want to use them. But you cannot file them with TurboTax and you cannot make the payments through TurboTax.
