Can a person who worked part time Jan-July file an exemption because he was part time and work did not offer ins for part time employees

Had to go part time to care for children, work stated I was not eligible for ins until I went back full time in August. Will I be able to file for exemption? I had coverage July-December. In box14 of Insurance offer and coverage it has 1H which means no offer of coverage.

No, unfortunately, not having health coverage because you worked part-time is not an exemption for the ACA penalty.
