Due to the pandemic, I’m having a hard time reaching a live representative on the phone and at local IRS offices. Mail in option provides an account and return transcripts and not wage and income transcripts. Was sent incorrect transcript 4 times, online option not working for me can’t get past the setup an account part because it won’t accept my new card number, might be looking for an old one. I need this transcript for college.
