If I pay for TurboTax Expert assistance, can the Expert interact directly with me if I'm working on my daughter's taxes, or do I have to have my daughter sitting right beside me to verify it's okay if I help her?
In order to use Live Expert assistance, the Expert will need to verify that you have the taxpayer's consent. She can either sit with you during the session, or be available to provide consent by telephone at the time of the Live session.
