Can anyone help me understand why it won’t let me file my taxes without boxes 15-17 filled on my w2? They are not on my w2 and it wants me to add them.
I already got in contact with my employer and they have no idea.
Did you leave all boxes 15-17 Blank, no spaces? Delete that W2 and enter it again MANUALLY. Don’t import it. That usually fixes it.
