Question

Can anyone tell me why it is not letting me complete my return because I do not have an amount to put in box 17 on an 1099-INT?

I submitted the pdf. turbo tax is making me "check my entry" because there is not an amount on my 1099-INT form in box 17. it says I have to have it since the form does have a State Identification Number
