NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ASK THAT MANY TIMES. CAN'T UNDERSTAND AGENT AND MENTIONED IT SO MANY TIMES, ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE, HE HUNG UP. NO ESCALATION RULES? YEAH, I DON'T THINK SO, I KNOW WHAT YOU USE...IMPROPERLY CLEARLY. I WAS OVERCHARGED. F U

I recommend calling tomorrow if you have an issue with your TurboTax fees as the call volume is high on the tax filing date.
