Can i add my boyfriend as a dependent, he is a stay home parent and I work?

Maybe.   If your BF lived with you the entire year in 2022, and had less than $4400 of income you might be able to claim him as a qualified relative.  You would get the non-refundable $500 credit for other dependents, which can lower your tax owed, but is not part of your refund.
