Can I add my child as dependent even if he's not living in USA?

I am a non resident (I have a Temporary Protected Status), My wife and kids are not in the US

You can't claim a person as a dependent unless that person is a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident alien, U.S. national, or a resident of Canada or Mexico.
