I went through and was charged $86.20 for Utah taxes and to use the app, I was wondering if I could be refunded that amount?

To receive a refund you would need to call customer support. The best way to contact customer support is to use the help icon in the upper right-hand portion of the TurboTax Online screen. Or you can use this link.

If you have already filed your return, they will assume that you are satisfied and will likely not give you a refund. It is best to contact customer support for a refund or to change your amount owed BEFORE you file.
