Can I change my amount owed for 2019 from full amount due to a payment plan?

I already filed and got accepted for 2019.

You can file form 9465 with the IRS to set up an Installment Plan or you can apply online .

You can file this form by itself and send it to the IRS in the mail.

Page 3 of the instructions shows the addresses of where to file the for depending on the state you live in.
