Approximately 14k of gambling winnings went through cash app. I am able to use as earned income which I need. Problem is, the Cash App isn’t under my name. I need to know what I do. Help! There must be a form him and I can sign notarized so that I can claim the assets that have gone through that account

Gambling winnings is generally considered unearned income. You might want to consult the cash app agent or get legal advice about the deposit to another account.

Please explain how you think you can call gambling income "earned" income.   As for your messy Cashapp issue, you will have to sort that out with Cashapp.  TurboTax cannot help you with that.   We can say that it is generally not a good idea to use someone else's account for your money or for your tax refunds---there a a lot of problems that can result from doing that.    And....what does this have to do with "crypto?"
