Can I claim my 23 yr old son who does not live with me but I paid all of his bills? He did work for about a month but made less than 4,000.

My son lives in a house owned by my dad and does not pay rent but I paid for his electric, cable, cell phone, car insurance and food. He did work for about a month but made less than 4,000.

Yes, your son does not have to live with you all year to be a Qualifying Relative dependent.  Unless your son was a full-time student for at least 5 months out of the year, he cannot b a Qualifying child dependent, but you can still receive the dependent exemption of $4,050 for him.
