If you have already filed your tax return, then you will need to amend the tax return that was filed.

An amended tax return, Form 1040X, can only be printed, signed, dated and mailed by you to the IRS, it cannot be e-filed. The IRS will take up to 4 months to process the amended tax return. Wait until you have received the tax refund or the taxes owed have been paid and processed by the IRS before amending the tax return.

On the Tax Home web page when the Form 1040X for amending a 2019 tax return becomes available there will be a link - Amend (change) return

Form 1040X is estimated to be available on 02/27/2020

If you have not filed your tax return the just click on My Info on the left side of the 2019 online tax return program screen and edit the dependents you entered.  Or you can delete the dependent and re-enter.

Yes, you can claim her as a dependent on your 2019 tax return.  In the My Info section of the program when entering her as your dependent make sure that you select that she lived in your home for the Whole year since she was born in 2019.

Additionally, she will need to have a Social Security number to be claimed as a dependent on a tax return.

Yes I put her under my dependents she fell under other dependents how much should I receive for her? I also claimed my little brother Who appears to be under child dependent so it’s just my daughter who isn’t showing up

You should have selected My Child when entering her as your dependent.  Your brother should have been selected as Another person when entering him as your dependent.

The Child Tax Credit for your daughter and the Other Dependent credit for your brother are determined by how much earned income you are reporting on your tax return.  The Child Tax Credit can be up to $2,000 and the Other Dependent credit can be up to $500.
