Can I claim my disabled daughter(telemarketer) and her two kids as dependents who can't afford their own place?

Yes, if she did not supply more than half her support (and no one other than you did)  and she does not file Married Filing Joint, (unless that is only to get a refund).

another rule if your daughter can claim her children as dependents, you can't claim her.
